Bruce went from being the youngest lawyer to argue before the Supreme Court of Canada to head of one the largest direct response marketing companies in the world. An expert in identifying and capitalizing on eCommerce opportunities in emerging markets and new media, Bruce also brings an acute legal understanding to the dynamic and ever-changing sphere of international business. He is DFO’s CEO and co-founder.

Jordan is the president and co-founder of DFO where he has helped grow the company into a robust, international marketing agency. Passionate about taking innovation and creativity and turning them into profitable ventures, Jordan delivers expertise across all of DFO’s lines of business, including product development and sourcing, advertising and media buying, affiliate marketing, ecommerce sales and SaaS, influencer marketing and SEO, among others.

Krishna launched and heads DFO’s performance marketing division, where he and his team have scaled the company’s advertising and traffic capabilities internationally in a variety of verticals. Krishna’s 10+ years of digital advertising sales and traffic management experience have helped position DFO as one of the most well-respected digital marketing firms in the eCommerce space.
Chief Revenue Officer
Alex is DFO's chief marketing officer and oversees the company’s internal marketing division, which includes media buying, agency services, split testing, influencer marketing, and SEO. In his 10+ years in marketing, he has managed over $250 million in digital media spend. He holds a BA from the University of San Diego and oversees DFO’s San Diego office. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son, traveling, trying new restaurants, and playing golf.
Chief Marketing Officer
David oversees DFO’s global business development efforts, focusing on structuring and building unified media, technology and product sales teams across global offices, especially in Europe, Asia and South America. His background includes enterprise website development, search and online reputation management, and programmatic video campaigns. Prior to joining DFO, David managed client strategy for Matomy’s Text Link Ads Division, a native ads unit and programmatic video service.

As vice president of creative development, Vicky does more than debate call-to-action copy or logo A vs B. She oversees DFO’s creative hub in the heart of Vancouver, Canada, and leads teams of talented designers, copywriters, videographers, content and project managers to collaborate and produce some of DFO’s most beautiful, eye-catching and successful eCommerce offers.
Vice President, Creative Development
Pascal is vice president of client success and considers himself a holistic eCommerce optimization freak. He spends most of his time strengthening DFO's backbone within the business analysis, payment processing, global customer service and order management units. He is founder of DFO's European division in the Netherlands. Pascal holds a MA from the University of Bonn in Political Science, Economics, and Media Studies as well as a MA in European Studies of Science and Technology from Aalborg and Lund University. During his free time, he enjoys playing competitive Ultimate Frisbee, preferably on the beautiful beaches in The Hague.
Vice President, Client Success
Marc is vice president of search and oversees DFO’s Search Engine Optimization (SEO) capabilities. He was studying web design and analysis at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute when the Google revolution began. Sensing the shift in how information would be shared and accessed, Marc leveraged his UX background and pivoted from design to search. He has spent the past 15+ years helping companies of all sizes and verticals grow via SEO.
